It is not necessary to book access to the wet zone in advance. The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, as capacity is limited, we recommend checking current occupancy at the wellness reception before your visit.

Guests staying in Executive Rooms or Suites enjoy complimentary access to the wellness area. For other guests and external visitors, entrance is subject to a fee according to our current price list. Guests booking a 90-minute massage receive complimentary access to the wet zone.

Yes, a prior reservation is required for all massages. We recommend booking at least three days in advance.

Hotel guests are kindly asked to wear the robe and slippers provided in their room and take the SPA elevator directly to the wellness floor. Upon arrival, our friendly receptionist will provide a towel and sheet for sauna use. Sauna guests must cover themselves with the sheet, and swimwear is required when using the relaxation pool.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled massage. Guests are kindly asked to shower and change into a robe and slippers. External guests will receive a robe and slippers free of charge in the SPA changing room. Disposable underwear is available for use during the massage.

We exclusively work with high-quality local and international cosmetic brands, such as the Czech natural brand Nobilis Tilia and the 100% organic British brand Inlight from Cornwall.

Classic massages usually last 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Body and facial rituals range from 45 to 130 minutes.
You can choose from a variety of treatments including individual massages, hot stone massages, couples massages, or full-body rituals with exfoliation. Our SPA team will be happy to assist you with your selection during booking

As massage therapists are not medical professionals, we advise consulting your doctor in case of any health concerns. Before each massage, our team will review possible contraindications with you and assist in completing a health questionnaire.
